In addition to the standard 7 days (see Terms and Conditions), we offer an additional 7 days guarantee to replace or refund any item that does not meet with your complete satisfaction. All we ask is that the item is returned to us within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging with all original documentation. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item unless the item is faulty or has been sent to you in error.
Items excluded from the returns policy
Once the packaging has been opened on the following products, for reasons of hygiene and safety we are unable to refund or exchange them unless they are faulty:
- perishable items.
- Hygiene-sensitive items including pillows, mattress-toppers, bed linen and products of a cosmetic or personal nature may not be returned unless faulty.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
60 day money back guarantee
Many of our products are covered by our 60 day money back guarantee detailed in our promotional literature. If during this time you are not completely satisfied simply return the item for a full refund on the price of the product.
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged but not when a product is simply unwanted.
How to return your item(s)
To return items, follow the simple instructions on the reverse of the order acknowledgement that we will send to you.
Please note: the company does not pay return postage. Returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us and so for your protection we recommend using a recorded-delivery service and keeping the postage receipt so that in the event that it is lost, it can be traced.
